After graduating from university, she joined Fujitsu Limited. She was engaged in system sales at the Distribution Sales Division at the company’s headquarters, working with major distribution corporations as her clients. In 2001, she switched to the human resources business, and since 2005, she has been engaged in executive search services, mainly in the financial business, but also in the consulting business and other areas. In 2013, she joined MWH HR Products Co., Ltd. (formerly AIMS International Japan Limited), where she is employed today.

He has accumulated extensive experience in headhunting senior management and professional personnel for well-established companies, hidden champions, and global companies from regional areas, with a focus on the consumer goods, entertainment, distribution retail, and service industries. After serving as Executive Officer and General Manager of the Consumer Business Division, he joined AIMS International Japan in 2016. After serving as Executive Officer and Representative Director and President, he has held the position of General Manager of MHRP's Executive Search Division and Executive Consultant since October 2023.

After graduating from university, he moved to the United States and began his career as a consultant when he registered with a human resources firm in New York. After working there for about 10 years, he returned to Japan and worked for a major foreign affiliated human resource company, specializing mainly in the chemical industry, where he deepened his experience. He is currently in charge of a wide range of sectors, with a focus on the health care industry.
